Ali has spent the 29 years of his professional career enjoying a progressive success in the fields of Hospitality, Personnel, and HR; where he held key managerial positions in several prestigious hotels, large companies namely: HYATT HOTEL, SAFIR HOTELS, AL-HOMAIZI FOOD STUFF CO., and last “KGL” before Joining addApt Kuwait on early 2009.
At HYATT INTERNATIONAL – 10 years from Purchasing Head to Director of Personnel, Member of the Executive Committee, he in-charged of all training and personnel functions.
SAFIR INTERNATIONAL HOTELS - 7 years as Administrative Affairs Head in the corporate office. HR Consultant he handled the opening of SAFIR HOTEL in ALGIERS on the fronts of recruitment, providing effective training. in-charged as Deputy GM
Al HOMAIZI - 4 years as “Personnel and Admin Head”. Where he contributed to the development of the HR Strategy, ensured the proper implementation of the Corporate Personnel Policies and Procedures)
With KGL PTS - 4 years as HR Director. Ali created the HR Department, providing efficient HR solutions, goals and strategies. He was elected as a vice chairman of HR Group Committee supporting 23 subsidiaries.
