B.SC, HR Diploma, General Manager - Levant Markets

With more than 8 years of experience in people development, operations and management fields, Monique was the owner and Managing Director of management consultancy company in Lebanon and has helped a number of small to medium size company to grow and excel through restructuring, creating HR departments, screening, assessing and recruiting talents. Monique started her career in 2001 as a Branch Manager for L'occitane, a French Cosmetic Retailer in Beirut. She helped in expanding the business to have 14 branches across Lebanon by year 2004, then moved up to head the Operation at Cedars Art Production (Sabbah Brothers), a media production and distribution company, where she contributed to the botttom line by adding new line of business. Monique has joined addApt in Sept. 2010, brought a lot of energy and experience to the place. Now she is heading the regional office in Jordan which covers all Levant markets. Monique is a grad of LAU in Buinesss Management and post-grad of AUB in Human Resources.
